Review for the groomers specifically!! Amazing value for money, cheapest I've been charged in geelong!! The staff are so knowledgeable and always take the time to listen and adjust the cut to my pets needs at the time. Super happy, wouldn't go anywhere else!

THE BEST! I brought my 13 year old golden retriever in for an extensive groom. She had so much dead hair and her coat was so thick. It was an enormous job. I was also worried about her severe arthritis in her spine and joints and vigorous brushing can be very painful for her because of this. On top of that she had a couple of wounds or skin ailments that I asked the team to shave so I could monitor for infection. I almost didn't recognise my pup when I picked her up. She looked like a puppy again! She looked beautiful, skinnier (who knew the dog I thought was so overweight was actually perfect weight just chunky with so much hair!)happy and healthy. This team were absolutely outstanding in what they'd achieved. More impressive and comforting was their absolute tender care for my pup. Taking their time and giving her regular breaks so that she could be as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. I honestly just couldn't express my gratitude and more.. I'm still in awe..THANK YOU!!

I had a really positive customer service experience here with Krystal yesterday. I had been to a competing pet shop down the road earlier in the day, got my baby out of the car and went in, wasn’t greeted and couldn’t find what I was after, when I asked for assistance the staff were not very helpful and I left empty handed. I phoned Pet-O to if they had what I was after and Krystal was so lovely and accommodating, I was greeted by multiple staff as soon as I walked in the door, and they even offered to help me take my items to the car as they could see I had my hands full. 10/10 customer service experience! :)

Called into the store today for the first time. I was served by Jess at the front desk. Great work Jess. Jess was excellent in helping me find the item I was looking for. Jess had great knowledge of the products I was after and she was so pleasant and polite. A great experience on my first vist to Pet O in Fyans Street.

SAY THE NAME REALLY FAST 😂😂 we bring our 2 parrots and puppy here and we have used alot of vets in Geelong and Robyn Tracy and mikki are the best around extremely lovely easy to work with extremely knowledgeable from fur to feathers honestly would not trust any other vet

My partner & l went into the store today. A lovely young lady name Crystal helped us. We thought you may have fish but no, only some item for a fish tank. Crystal help with lots of info on what to do on starting up a new tank and type of fish she recommended. It was very good talking to her she had so much knowledge to pass on. We will be back as my partner signed up and now has a $20 to spend on new items and food for his fish tank thank you Crystal for the excellent service provided.
